Size, measurement, and fit information is indicative only and may vary depending on the model, materials, and characteristics of the item. Customers are encouraged to consult size guides before purchasing.
We strive to present our products accurately; however, appearance and colors may vary depending on the device and its settings.
Minor differences in color, tone, or finish do not constitute defects.
We cannot guarantee that products will meet your expectations or exactly match descriptions or images.
Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Xacus reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion. Orders are not confirmed until accepted by Xacus.
Payment must be received and processed before acceptance. Please review your order carefully, as cancellation may not be possible after acceptance.
If an order is refused, modified, or canceled, you will be notified via the contact details provided.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving reasons, pursuant to applicable consumer laws.
Withdrawal procedures are described in our Refund Policy .
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable law.
You declare purchases are for personal or household use only, not for resale or export.
Xacus reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of being for resale or otherwise abnormal.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and offers may change without notice. The applicable price is the one at the time of order submission, as confirmed by email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs, duties, or additional charges will be indicated separately before order confirmation.
Online prices may differ from those in physical or third-party stores. Promotions may be subject to separate terms.
You agree to provide accurate and updated purchase and account information.
You warrant that your payment details are valid, authorized, and that charges will be honored.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are delivered via contracted couriers to the address specified in your order.
You authorize Xacus to share necessary delivery information with couriers.
Orders are processed within approximately 2 working days and no later than 30 days from submission.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Risk transfers upon delivery.
Delivery to alternative addresses is allowed within the same country.
In-store or warehouse pickup is not available.
Shipping methods and costs vary by country.
If the recipient is absent, a delivery notice will be left. Failure to arrange redelivery may result in storage and eventual return.
If not collected within 4 days, the order may be canceled.
Order tracking is available online.
Orders must be placed through the correct country site; otherwise, they may be canceled.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Services is owned by Xacus or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Shopify enables the Services, but all transactions are between you and Xacus.
Shopify is not responsible for any issues arising from purchases.
You release Shopify from any related claims.

By using the Services, you confirm you have read them.
