Our Size & product exchange service ensures your complete satisfaction.
Here, you can request a new size for the same item or exchange it for a different product.
Please note that personalized items cannot be exchanged.
Follow the steps below to complete your exchange smoothly.
Step 1
Access Your Account
Log in and go to “Request a Return” in your order history,
or click the following link to access
Step 2
Select Items & Options
Choose the item(s) to exchange.
Select either a new size or a different product.
Step 3
Ship the Original Item
Follow instructions to return the original item.
Choose home pickup
or drop-off at a collection point.
Step 4
Receive Your Exchange
Once approved,
your new item (size or product)
will be shipped to the address provided.
Return Procedure
Our Returns service is designed to make the process as simple and elegant as your shopping experience.
You can return any non-personalized items within the allowed timeframe and receive a refund or request an exchange.
Please note that personalized products cannot be returned.

Select Items & Reason
Choose the items to return and indicate the reason.
You can also request a size/product exchange or a full refund.

Shipping Details
Enter your shipping address to generate the return label.
Choose home pickup
or drop-off at a collection point.
Step 4
Approval & Refund
After the item is received and inspected, approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.
The refund will appear in your bank account or payment account within a few days.
