30-Day Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items with customizations cannot be returned. Promotional items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges / Size Changes
Through the Returns & Exchanges portal, you can request a size exchange for a purchased item or choose to exchange it for another item.
14-Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union
For shipments within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing justification. The item must meet the same conditions as above, including original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Return conditions and fees by country
For Italy, Spain and the European Union, the return service is available via home pickup or drop-off point and is offered free of charge.
For all other destinations, the return service is at the customer’s expense and subject to the conditions set out below:
- Italy: free
- Spain: free
- European Union: free
- United Kingdom (UK): 35 GBP
- United States and Canada: 35 USD
- Rest of the world: 35 EUR
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and display the refund.
