Free shipping for orders over €180, both home delivery and pickup points.

Spain

Free shipping for orders over €230, both home delivery and pickup points (PUDO).

Country recognition and regulations

The site should automatically recognize the country from which you are connecting. The order must be placed directly from the site of the country where it will be delivered.

Orders placed from the site of a country other than the country of destination, or to an address not accepted by our carrier (P.O. Boxes and Hold Mail Service) will be automatically cancelled.

Taxes and customs duties

Within the European Union:
There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries within the European Union. Clients will not have to pay anything on delivery.

Outside the European Union:
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subjected to import taxes or customs duties. Duties will be calculated at checkout.
In addition, US customs require that the recipient provides a Social Security Number or Non-U.S. Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected by the customer (delivery refusal or unresolved storage), Xacus will issue a refund, deducting a flat fee to cover the logistics costs incurred. The fee is:

  • €20.00 for orders within the European Union (EU)
  • Up to €40.00 for orders outside the European Union (non-EU), depending on the destination
