Our Exchange & Product Change service ensures your complete satisfaction.

Here, you can request a new size for the same item or exchange it for a different product.

Please note that personalized items cannot be exchanged.

Select either a new size or a different product.

Ship the Original Item

Follow instructions to return the original item.

Choose home pickup

or drop-off at a collection point.

Receive Your Exchange

Once approved,

your new item (size or product)

will be shipped to the address provided.

Return Procedure

Our Returns service is designed to make the process as simple and elegant as your shopping experience.

You can return any non-personalized items within the allowed timeframe and receive a refund or request an exchange.

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned.
